Coworking is a tool (module) in Catalyzer for managing shared workspace. Staff set up spaces and membership plans, review applications, approve bookings, send invoices, and check people in at the front desk.

You might use Coworking to:

  • Rent conference rooms by the hour to the members of Harbor Street Workspaceโ€
  • Offer private offices and hot desks on a membership plan
  • Log walk-in visitors, tours, and deliveries at the front desk
  • Show a room's availability on a tablet outside its door

Before You Start

Coworking is an optional tool and it's switched off by default. A hub can't turn it on from Settings. If you don't see Coworking in your left-hand navigation, contact the Catalyzer team to have it enabled for your hub.

Even with the tool on, only these roles can open it: System Admin, Admin, Space Manager, Center Director, and Moderator. Anyone else who selects the menu item is sent back to the home page.

Two audiences use Coworking, and they use different surfaces. Staff work inside Catalyzer. Prospects and members use a public portal link, where they apply for membership and book spaces.

๐Ÿ’ก Do members get a Catalyzer login? No. Approving an application or enrolling a member creates a client record and a member record, and nothing more. Members apply and book from the public portal link, confirming their email with a 6-digit code each time, and they pay invoices from the link in the invoice email. Share the link you copy from the Spaces tab with Copy public booking link.

How Coworking Is Organized

Coworking uses six terms, and each one maps to something that happens in a real shared space:

  • Space: something bookable, such as a room, desk, or office. Each space has a rate (per hour or per day), opening hours, booking rules, optional plan discounts, blocked times, and intake questions.
  • Membership type: a plan that controls access. It sets capacity, the days and hours members can book, free minutes, and per-space discounts.
  • Member: a client record enrolled on a membership type. Every member is tied to a client record.
  • Booking: a client reserving a space for a time range. A booking starts as Pending and becomes Approved, or it ends as Denied or Cancelled. An approved booking can then be Checked in.
  • Invoice: a bill attached to a client. Catalyzer raises it automatically from a booking, or you create it by hand in Billing.
  • Check-in: a line in the front-desk log. It records a member arriving or one of six walk-in types.

Membership types have no price. Picking a plan for a member never bills them. Membership fees are charged by creating invoices in Billing, which can repeat weekly, monthly, or annually. Room bookings are priced from the space's rate.

A typical member's path through Coworking looks like this:

  1. A prospect applies through the public portal.
  2. Staff approve the application, and the member exists.
  3. The member books a space, or staff book it for them.
  4. Staff approve the booking if it needs approval.
  5. Catalyzer raises an invoice, and the member pays it.
  6. The member checks in at the front desk.

The Coworking Page

Select Coworking from the left-hand navigation. The page header reads Coworking, with the subtitle Manage spaces, members, bookings, and billing. An Open Front Desk button sits beside it.

Eleven tabs run across the page, in this order:

  • Dashboard
  • Members
  • Applications
  • Bookings
  • Visitors
  • Front Desk
  • Floor Plan
  • Spaces
  • Billing
  • Reports
  • Settings

Applications and Bookings show a red badge with the number of items waiting (up to 99+). The Applications count includes applications marked Awaiting info.

The Dashboard tab opens with eight cards: Activemembers, Active spaces, Pending bookings, Pending applications, Checked in today, Visitors today, This month revenue, and Outstanding. Below the cards, Members by plan shows a chip for each plan, and members without a plan are counted as No plan. A table of approved bookings sits at the bottom, with a View all link to the Bookings tab.

The Coworking page puts every part of shared-space management on one row of tabs

Setting Up Coworking

Start in Settings, which has four tabs: General, Membership Types, Booking Questions, and Email Customization. Set these up before you add spaces, because spaces inherit several of the defaults.

General

Set the Timezone first. Opening hours, slot grids, and the advance booking buffer are all read on this clock, so a wrong zone shifts every time your members see. The picker offers six US zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii. A hub already on another zone (UTC bydefault) keeps that zone and sees it listed as a raw identifier.

The General tab also holds these settings. Click Save settings when you finish.

  • Cancellation fee ($): charged when a confirmed booking is cancelled.
  • Booking window (days): how far ahead members can book. This is the hub-wide default, and a space's own Max days ahead overrides it.
  • Auto-approve bookings by default: new spaces inherit this setting, and each space can override it.
  • Approve membership applications instantly: enrolls applicants as members as soon as they finish the form, with no staff review.
  • Application form: replaces the built-in application questions with one of your own forms. Only published basic forms can be used, and whether a submission creates a client record right away is governed by that form's own Create client on submission setting.
  • Booking notification emails: the staff who receive new-booking notifications, one address per line.
  • Hub logo URL and Hero image URL: both appear on the public portal.

Booking notification emails go out for bookings that staff create, and for recurring-series skip reports. Public portal requests don't trigger them, so staff find new public requests through the badge on the Bookings tab.

With Auto-approve bookings by default on, a new space is always created as auto-approve, even if its own checkbox was left unticked. Edit the space afterward to switch it off.

Membership Types

A membership type is a plan that members are enrolled in. To add one, open Settings โ†’ Membership Types and click + Add membership type. Each plan has these fields:

  • Plan title: required.
  • Capacity: leave blank for unlimited concurrent members.
  • Active: whether the plan can be used.
  • Allowed booking days: leave all days unselected to allow any day.
  • Allowed booking hours: leave blank for 24/7.
  • โ€Default free minutes, with a Reset period(Per day, Per week, or Per month) and a Free minutes scope.โ€
  • Reverse free minutes on cancellation: returns the free minutes a booking used if it's cancelled or denied.

The free minutes scope has two options. Per person gives each member one shared pool across all spaces. Per space gives each space its own independent allowance. Free minutes apply only to per-hours paces.

A plan with active members can't be deleted. The dialog reads Members on this plan must be reassigned first.

Plan booking-day and booking-hour limits restrict the public portal only. Staff bookings ignore them.

Booking Questions

Booking questions are intake questions shown when members request a booking. Add, edit, or delete them here, and mark each one Mandatory, Active, or both. Mandatory questions must be answered before a request can be submitted. All answers are free text.

A question appears on a space only after you tick it in that space's Questions tab.

Email Customization

The Email Customization tab lists every coworking notification Catalyzer sends. Untouched emails use the wording Catalyzer ships, so improvements to the defaults still reach you.

Each row shows the email's name, its trigger, and an on/off toggle. Expand a row to edit the Subject and Message, add variables with Insert variable, check the Live preview, and use Save, Discard changes, or Reset to default.

Some variables must stay in the message, and the editor warns you when an email can't work without one. The two verification-code emails are locked on.

The emails fall into four groups:

  • Applications: Application Received, Application Auto-Approved, Application Approved, Application Declined, and More Information Requested
  • Bookings: Booking Received, Booking Confirmed, Booking Approved, Booking Not Approved, Booking Cancelled, Booking Rescheduled, Booking Waitlisted, Waitlisted Booking Closed, and Recurring Series Skip Report (sent to staff)
  • Verification codes: Booking Verification Code and Application Verification Code
  • Billing: Invoice Issued, Invoices Issued for a Booking Series, and Payment Received

Adding Spaces

Spaces are managed from the Spaces tab. Three stat cards show Total spaces, Active, and Restricted. The tablelists each space's name, capacity, rate, booking mode (Auto-approve or Approval), and status.

Each row has three icons: Copy public booking link, Edit, and Delete. Deleting a space asks for confirmation, and existing bookings are kept while the space becomes unavailable.

A space opens in a drawer with five tabs: Details, Availability, Discounts, Blocked times, and Questions. The last four stay disabled until you save the space for the first time.

Details

The Details tab holds the core information:

  • Name (required), Description, and Capacity
  • Rate type: Per hour or Per day, with an Hourly rate ($) and a Daily rate ($)
  • Turnaround buffer (min): the gap kept free on ether side of a booking
  • Advance booking buffer (min): how far ahead a member must book. A value of 120 means nobody can book a 2:00 PM slot after 12:00 PM.
  • Max days ahead: the furthest ahead a booking can be made
  • Auto-approve bookings for this space
  • Restrict visibility to specific plans, with a plan picker
  • Terms & conditions, a Space image, and a Location map image (each image under 2MB)
  • Active (bookable)

After you save, a Public booking link box appears with the link members use to book this space.

Restricted spaces never appear on the public portal. The staff New booking form lists all active spaces, restricted or not.

Availability

Each weekday has a checkbox and from/to times. Unchecked days are closed for booking. A new space starts open Monday through Friday,09:00โ€“17:00, with weekends closed.

Discounts

Give members on specific plans a percentage discount when they book this space. Each plan gets one percentage.

Blocked Times

Block a time range so nobody can book it, such as during maintenance or a private event.

  1. Open the space's Blocked times tab.
  2. Pick a date.
  3. Click a start slot on the grid, then click an end slot.
  4. Add a reason if you'd like.
  5. Click Block time.

Questions

Tick which of your hub-wide booking questions appear for this space, or add a new one inline. A question added here is assigned to the space automatically.

How Pricing Works

Per-day spaces charge the daily rate for each started 24 hours, so a one-hour booking on a per-day space costs a full day.

Catalyzer applies discounts in a fixed order. The plan discount comes first, and any additional staff discount comes off what remains. Free minutes come off last, and the total never goes below $0.

Slots

The booking grid is made of fixed-length slots. Slot length isn't configurable in the interface, and new spaces get 15-minute slots. You click one slot to start a booking and another to extend the range.

A space's rate, buffers, and approval mode are all set in one drawer

Membership Applications

How Prospects Apply

Prospects apply through the public portal at the link your hub shares. If the link is missing or malformed, the page says Space not found and asks the visitor to use the link your space gave them. If Coworking is off for the hub, the page says Booking is not available.

The portal shows your hub's logo or name, your spaces with their rates, a How it works section, and your membership plans. Plan cards don't show prices. Two buttons, Apply for membership and Book a space, start the two main workflows.

Applicants move through a wizard:

  1. The applicant enters their email and clicks Continue. Catalyzer emails a 6-digit code, and the applicant enters it and clicks Verify. Resend code is available.
  2. The applicant answers the built-in questions in four steps: Personal info, Work details, Choose a plan, and Agreement& signature. The agreement step has three checkboxes and a typed signature.
  3. The applicant clicks Submit application.

If your hub has set an Application form in Settings, that form replaces the personal info, work details, and agreement steps. The wizard becomes two steps: Application details and Choose a plan.

Two situations skip part of this flow. An email that already has an open application is stopped with a message that the team will be in touch. An email that already belongs to an active member skips the application and opens the booking form.

With Approve membership applications instantly on, applicants are enrolled the moment they submit, and the confirmation reads Membership active with a Book a space now button. If the chosen plan is at capacity, the application stays Pending for staff review, and the applicant sees Application received instead.

Reviewing Applications

The Applications tab has three stat cards (Pending review, Decided, and Total), a search box, and filter tabs: All, Pending, Awaiting info, Approved, and Declined.

With no search or filter, the page shows two panels. Pending applications lists each application as a card with the applicant's company, role, industry, days per week, referral source, and agreement. It includes applications marked Awaiting info. Recent decisions lists approved and declined applications, each with a link to view the form answers or application details.

Each pending card has three actions:

  • Approve opens the approval window, which shows the plan the applicant requested. Click Approve & enroll to enroll them on that plan and email them the approval.
  • Request info sets the status to Awaiting info and emails the applicant a link to a page where they can reply. The reply returns the application to Pending and appears on the card as Applicant response. The question you ask is optional.
  • Decline sets the status to Declined and emails the applicant. The reason you enter is optional and is included in the email.

Approval always enrolls the applicant on the plan they picked, and there's no way to choose a different plan at that step. Change it afterward in Members โ†’ Manage. If the requested plan is full, approval fails with The requested plan is at full capacity. Either raise the plan's capacity, or free a spot and approve again.

Approval finds or creates the client record by email, including a linked business if the applicant gave a company, and then creates the member with the plan's free-minute allowance.

Applications submitted through your hub's own form show Agreement: Not signed on the pending card. That form has no built-in agreement step, so this is expected.

Members

The Members tab has Active and Archived filter tabs, a Search members box, and two buttons: Import members and Enroll member. The table shows each member's plan and join date.

The search box filters only the page you're on (25 rows), not the whole roster.

Enrolling a Member

Enrolling adds an existing client to a plan.

  1. Click Enroll member.
  2. Search for the client by name or email. Clients who are already members show Already a member and can't be selected.
  3. Pick a Membership type, or leave it as None.
  4. Confirm. The member is created immediately.

If the plan is full or the client is already a member, Catalyzer shows That plan is at full capacity, or this client is already a member. To enroll someone who isn't a client yet, create the client first, or use Import members.

Importing Members

Import members enrolls many people at once from an .xlsx or .csv file.

  1. Click Import members.
  2. Click Download template. The spreadsheet has the columns Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Name of Business, and Membership Type. It comes prefilled with up to 50 of your hub's clients who aren't members yet, and it has a dropdown of active plans.
  3. Fill in your rows and upload the file.
  4. Review the results.

Catalyzer matches each row to a client by email. An unknown email creates a new client, which requires a First Name. A blank plan enrolls the member with no plan. Anyone who is already an active member is skipped and never overwritten.

The results show Enrolled and Skipped counts, plus a Rows skipped list with a reason for each row, such as membership type is at full capacity or First Name is required.

Managing a Member

Click a member's row, or Manage, to open their record. It shows their email, when they joined, and an Active or Archived badge. An Invoices button opens Billing filtered to that member.

The Membership type field changes the member's plan, and a Membership type history list shows past plans. Click Save changes to apply a new plan. If the new plan is full, the save fails.

Archive member removes the member's access and asks you to confirm first. Archiving cancels the member's upcoming bookings and refunds anything already paid on them. The confirmation message mentions open invoices being voided, but Catalyzer only reconciles invoices tied to the cancelled bookings. Recurring invoices keep generating. After archiving, open Billing, cancel any open standalone invoices, and use Stop recurring on recurring ones.

Restore member brings an archived member back. It's refused when the client has no email address.

Bookings

The Bookings tab holds room reservations across all spaces. It has status tabs (All, Pending, Approved, Denied, and Cancelled), a space filter, a search box, a from/to date range, ExportCSV, and New booking.

The table shows Space, Title, Client, When, Amount, Booked On, and Status. Status badges can also read Waitlisted or In (checked in), and recurring bookings carry a โ†บ marker with a hover summary. The exported CSV includes one column per booking question.

Where Bookings Come From

Bookings start in two places, and they start in different states:

  • Staff create bookings with New booking. These are approved immediately, always.
  • Clients book through the public portal with Book a space. The booking is approved immediately if the space auto-approves, and otherwise it starts as Pending.

Staff-made bookings skip the approval queue, so the Pending tab is almost entirely public requests.

Creating a Booking as Staff

  1. On the Bookings tab, click New booking.
  2. Choose the Space, then search for the client in For client. A client is required.
  3. Enter a Title and choose the Date.
  4. In the Available slots grid, click a slot to start the booking and another to extend it.
  5. Add any optional details: host name, people, email, phone, company, and notes. Answer the booking questions assigned to the space.
  6. Check the price preview, then save the booking.

The price preview shows the membership discount, any free minutes applied, and the word Free when the total is zero. System Admins and Admins also see Additional discount (%) and Discount reason, which apply on top of the membership discount.

Saving a staff booking raises an invoice automatically when the booking costs money, and it emails the member and your booking notification list.

Repeating a Booking

Check Repeat this booking to create a series. Choose how often it repeats (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) and the interval, such as every 2 weeks. Then choose how it ends: End bydate, After N occurrences, or No end date. Skip weekends is also available. A live preview reads Will create N bookings.

A series is capped at 52 bookings, and No end date runs until that limit. Dates that can't be booked are skipped, and the rest of the series is still created. Staff see a Some dates could not be booked panel listing each skipped date with a reason: already booked, blocked by a restriction, space closed that day, or outside the booking window. Catalyzer emails the same list.

The price preview shows every discount before you save the booking

Booking Rules

The public portal enforces every booking rule. Staff creating a booking in Catalyzer bypass some of them, so a booking a member couldn't make for themselves may still be possible for you.

Both surfaces enforce these rules:

  • Capacity: the number of people can't exceed the space's capacity.
  • Clashes: a booking can't overlap an approved booking, including the turnaround buffer.
  • Blocked times: a booking can't overlap a blocked time.
  • Opening hours: a space that's closed or outside its hours isn't offered.

Staff bypass these rules on the New booking form:

  • The advance booking buffer
  • Max days ahead and the hub's Booking window (days)
  • The ban on booking in the past
  • A plan's allowed days and hours

Two opening-hours exceptions apply to staff. System Admins and Admins see a full 00:00โ€“24:00 grid labeled Full day โ€” admin booking outside opening hours. When the client is a member on a plan, a day the space is closed opens as a full 00:00โ€“24:00 grid for them. On days the space is open, members get the normal hours.

Pending Requests and the Waitlist

A pending request doesn't hold the slot, so several people can request the same time. Staff see such slots on the grid as N requests pending, you can still book it, and the public form shows Requested by others, you can still ask.

๐Ÿ’ก An important rule in Catalyzer: Approval decides who gets the room. The first request approved wins, and every other pending request for that time becomes Waitlisted. Waitlisted requests can't be approved, and Catalyzer emails each requester.

If the winning booking is cancelled, a waitlisted request becomes approvable again. Once a waitlisted request's start time passes, Catalyzer closes it as Denied and emails the requester.

Working With a Booking

Click a booking's row to open its detail window. It shows the title, space, time, client, people, discounts, amount, and any booking question answers or staff note. A Payment badge reads Unpaid, Partly paid, Paid, Refunded, Refund due, or No charge.

The available actions depend on the booking's state:

  • Pending: Approve or Deny. A Note to member box is included in the member's email. For a series, choose This booking only, This and future bookings, or Entire series.
  • Approved: Check in, which works only from 15 minutes before the start.
  • Any live booking: Edit or Cancel booking, each with the same series choices. Cancelling can't be undone.
๐Ÿ’ก Note: Approving a booking shows a checkbox, Email the invoice to the member, that's on by default. If you untick it, Catalyzer raises no invoice at all, and the bookingis never billed. To bill it later, use Raise invoice in the booking's Billing section.

Editing a booking re-prices it. If the booking was already paid or invoiced, Catalyzer shows what will happen before you save. It issues a credit note and a card refund (refunds take 5โ€“10 days), tells you the money must be returned outside Catalyzer, or raises a supplementary invoice. The member's card isn't charged automatically for a supplementary invoice.

The Billing section of a booking lists its invoices and credit notes with Invoiced, Paid, Balance due, and Refund due. It offers Raise invoice, Refund, Retry refund, and Mark refunded offline. A red line reading Billing does not reconcile flags a mismatch.

Staff with Events access also see an Event panel. Attach event links an existing event to the booking, and Create new event from this booking opens the event wizard prefilled and returns you to the booking afterward. Once linked, the panel shows Expected, Attended, and Rate from the event's registrations.

Approving a booking is also the moment its invoice goes out

Cancelling and Fees

Cancelling a booking that had been approved charges the hub's Cancellation fee. The fee comes out of anything already paid, and the rest is refunded. If nothing was paid, Catalyzer raises a fee invoice. Cancelling a request that's still pending charges no fee.

Cancelling a series applies the fee to each approved occurrence that gets cancelled.

If the plan has Reverse free minutes on cancellation on, the free minutes the booking used are returned. This also happens when a booking is denied.

The Public Booking Form

Members reach the booking form through Book a space, Book this space, a space's copied public link, or the QR code on a room panel. A space's link preselects that space.

  1. The member enters their email. Catalyzer checks it against your hub's clients before booking.
  2. The member enters the 6-digit code and clicks Verify.
  3. The member picks a space and a date, then clicks a slot on the grid and another to extend the range. The date is limited by the max-days window.
  4. Catalyzer shows the price, including any plan discount or free minutes.
  5. The member enters their name, phone, number of people, notes, and answers to the space's questions, then clicks Request booking.

The success screen reads Booking request received and shows a booking reference such as BK-xxxxxxxx. On an auto-approve space the booking is approved immediately, any invoice is raised and emailed, and the member gets a Booking Confirmed email, although the success screen still describes the booking as a request under review.

An email that isn't a client of your hub sees Membershiprequired with an Apply for membership button. With instant approvalon, the message reads One quick step first instead.

Billing

The Billing tab has three stat cards (Collected, Outstanding, and Total invoices), status tabs (All, Pending, Paid, Manually paid, Cancelled, and Refunded), a search box, Export CSV, and New invoice. The table shows Invoice, Title, Client, Amount, Due, and Status.

Invoices raised from a booking are numbered BK-followed by the booking's ID, and they show a chip linking back to the booking. Recurring invoices carry a Recurring or Recurring off badge. Coming from a member's Invoices button filters the whole tab to that member.

Creating an Invoice

  1. Click New invoice.
  2. Choose the Member and enter a Title, such as May membership. Add a due date if you'd like.
  3. Choose the Payment method. Online (Stripe) sends the member an email with a Pay Now button. Manual means the member pays offline.
  4. Add Line items with a description, quantity, price, and tax. The button shows the running total.
  5. Check Recurring invoice and choose Weekly, Monthly, or Annually if the invoice repeats.
  6. Click Create invoice.

Creating the invoice emails the member an Invoice Issued message. A card invoice under $0.50 is refused, so use manual payment for smaller amounts. Booking invoices under $0.50 are created as manual.

Recurring Invoices

A recurring invoice is a template. Catalyzer generates the next copy one period after creation and every period after that, and it emails each copy. The day of the month is held, so an invoice started on January 31 bills on February 28 and then March 31. The invoice detail reads Recurring monthly, next followed by the date. Stop recurring ends the series.

Invoice Actions

Open an invoice to see its actions:

  • Pay online lets staff enter a card for a pending card invoice.
  • Mark paid sets the status to Manually paid and emails the client a confirmation.
  • Cancel invoice can't be undone, and it isn't offered on paid invoices.
  • Stop recurring ends a recurring series.

Members pay from the link in their invoice email. The Pay Invoice page shows the invoice and card fields, and it confirms Payment successful! after paying. If the invoice is already settled, or can't be paid online, the page says so.

Front Desk and Visitors

The Front Desk screen opens from the tab or the Open Front Desk button. It's built for a tablet or a desk computer, with the subtitle Check members in and log walk-in visitors. Five cards show Checked in today, Visitors today, Total today, Arriving soon (the next 2 hours), and In session. The screen refreshes every 20 seconds, and a Recent check-ins feed shows the last 20.

Checking In a Member

With the search box empty, the list shows only members who have an approved booking today. Search to find anyone else. Each of today's bookings carries a tag: Now ยท Ready, Ready, Soon, Tooearly, or Checked in.

Click Check in on a member with an approved booking today that starts within 15 minutes, or is already under way. Catalyzer checks them in against that booking, marks the booking as checked in, and logs the entry as an Appointment. Any other member check-in logs as a plain Member.

Because of that, a member checked in against a booking counts under Visitors today, and Checked in today counts only entries of type Member.

Logging a Walk-In

Walk-in mode has six types: Guest, Event, Appointment, Day pass, Tour, and Delivery. Fields change with the type:

  • First name, last name, and email (email is optional)โ€
  • Visiting member for a guest, or Recipient member for a deliveryโ€
  • Event name or Reason for visit for an event or day pass

A name is required for a guest, tour, or day pass. The button reads Log followed by the type.

The Visitors Log

The Visitors tab is the activity log across members and the six walk-in types. Filter tabs run through All, Members, Guests, Events, Appointments, Day passes, Tours, and Deliveries, and a date picker changes the day. The table shows Name, Type, Detail, and When. The three stat cards always show today, whatever date is picked. The log doesn't refresh on its own.

Checking a member in against their booking keeps the booking and the front-desk log in sync

Floor Plan and the Room Panel

Floor Plan shows live space status for today as a grid of space cards. It doesn't draw a map of your building. Filters run through All, Available, In use, Reserved, and Unavailable, each with a count.

  • In use means an approved booking is running now.
  • Reserved today means an approved booking starts later today.
  • Unavailable means the space is inactive.

Click a card to see capacity, rate, and Today's bookings. The page loads once and doesn't refresh on its own.

The Room panel section of Floor Plan holds a public link for each space, with Copy, Copy embed code, and Open panel. The panel is a dark wall-tablet page that shows the space's name, hub, capacity, and rate, a large Available, Booked, or Closed status with an end time, and Today and Tomorrow schedules with approved bookings only. It also shows Book this space and a Scan to book this space QR code. The panel refreshes every 30 seconds and shows a live clock on your hub's timezone.

Restricted spaces get a panel but no booking button or QR code. Because the panel is public, it shows booking titles and host names, so avoid sensitive titles on any room that has one.

Reports

Reports has two sub-tabs: Overview and Event attendance.

Overview has a 3m, 6m, and 12m toggle and four sections: Revenue (paid invoices), Member growth (new members per month), Occupancy heatmap (bookings by day and hour, covering hours 7โ€“20), and Space utilization (bookings and booked hours per space). The month toggle changes only the first two. The heat map and utilization always cover the last 90 days.

Event attendance covers bookings that have a linked event, and it needs Events access. Without it, the page shows Events access required. Set a date range (the last 90 days by default) and a space, and choose By booking, By event, or By space. Totals show Bookings, Events, Expected, Attended, and Rate, with the no-show count. The By event view marks each event Verified: Yes or Provisional. Export the report as CSV or XLSX.

Bringing It Together

Coworking carries a person from a public application to a front-desk check-in inside one hub. Every member is tied to a client record, so the people who book a room at Harbor Street Workspace stay in the same place as the rest of your client data.
