Referrals, our community connection tool, lets navigators connect business owners with community partners. The system sends contact information on your behalf, creating a centralized list of referrals for easy follow-up and reporting.

Can I use Catalyzer to track economic data over time?

Yes. Catalyzer allows the same data points to be collected from business owners as they progress. By collecting metrics such as FTE and gross revenue over time, you can track the growth and local economic impact of the businesses you support.

Can we use Catalyzer to track technical assistance and business coaching for our clients?

Yes. The Sessions tool tracks session dates, duration, notes, and more.
